How do I sign in/register?

Firstly, you need to make sure you access the ThatViz Store. In the top right hand corner, you need to click ‘Log In’ and enter your details.

If you need to register follow the above instructions and click on ‘Create a New Account’ below the sign-in box.

Can I use the same login details if I already have a ThatViz account?

Yes, you can! If you have registered with ThatViz before you won’t be able to create a new account using the same email address. Enter your current password in order to gain access to your account.

If you need to reset your password: click on ‘Lost Your Password’, enter your email address and we will email you with instructions how to reset your password.

Can I use the ThatViz Store if I live outside the UK?

At this time, we are unable to accept orders from customers outside the UK. Any orders placed to be delivered to a non-UK postal address will be cancelled and refunded.

What products do you sell?

Here at the ThatViz Store, we sell a wide range of products at great prices that can’t be beaten. Our products include Electronics, CDs, Vinyl, DVDs,  and with prices starting at just £0.99, alongside loads of great offers to choose from, you are bound to find a bargain.

Are the products you sell new?

That all depends on what you want to buy! We sell both ‘New’ and ‘Replay’ copies of our CDs, DVDs, Games, depending on what we have in stock at the time. Our ‘Replay’ items are completely refurbished and are covered by our full money back guarantee.

The Tech that we sell have all been refurbished by our team of experts. Some items have different conditions and this is explained on the product information page.

What does Replay mean?

‘Replay’ is simply the name that we give to our pre-owned products. All of these products have been checked and refurbished to meet the high standards of our Quality Guarantee.

This means we can offer these items to you at great prices, making shopping with ThatViz so much fun!

Why do some items have a price for New and Used, whereas others only display one price?

We are able to offer media products in both ‘New’ and ‘Used’ condition, however that’s not to say we will always have stock available for both! If you can see a price for either or both conditions, then this means that we currently have stock for these conditions.

For example, if you can see a ‘Used’ price but not a ‘New’ price, then unfortunately at this time we do not have any stock for the ‘New’ product but we do have the ‘Used’ product in stock.

The product I want is out of stock, when will it become available again?

The listings on the musicMagpie Store are being constantly updated throughout the day.

There’s a very good chance that if you have missed out on a product, it will become available again very soon so keep checking back.

My Account

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

If you have forgotten your password don’t worry. Simply click on the log-in option and select the “I’ve forgotten my password” link.

We will then send you an email with instructions on how to reset your password.

Where am I able to find my Order Number?

You can find your Order Number in any of the emails that we have sent to you relating to your order. Once you have completed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. This email will contain your order number.

Once your items have dispatched we will send you an email notifying you of this, which will also contain your order number.

How will you keep me up to date once I have placed my order?

Once you have completed your order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email which will contain your Order Number and Order Summary.

Once your first item has dispatched, you will receive an email to notify you. You will then receive an email once any subsequent items in your order have been dispatched.

How can I view my order history?

In order to view your order history, you need to log into your account, which you can do by clicking on ‘Log In’ in the top right hand corner.

Once you have done this you need to click on ‘My Account’, again in the top right corner. You will be taken to your profile settings in the My Account section.

You will be given 3 options: Buying, Selling, Profile. You need to select ‘Buying’, which will bring up your Order History.

In order to continue shopping you need to click on ‘Return to Buying’ in the top left hand corner.

I need to change the email address registered to my account

Because we use your email address as your username, for security purposes you will need to contact our Customer Services team who will be more than happy to help!


How do I pay for my items?

In order to complete a purchase on the  ThatViz Store, you need a UK registered Credit or Debit card. We accept all major UK credit/debit cards, though we are unable to accept American Express at this time.

You can now choose to pay for your items via your PayPal account, if you would prefer. All you need is a valid UK PayPal account and you’re a few clicks away from your new stuff.  Simply click on the ‘Pay with PayPal’ button below the checkout button.

Why have you started accepting payments by PayPal?

At the ThatViz Store, we like to listen to our customers when it comes to deciding how the experience on the site could be improved.

In order to make your shopping experience more enjoyable and hassle free, we have introduced PayPal so that you have more than one option when it comes to the checkout.

What is your Quality Guarantee?

We guarantee that all ‘Replay’ products on the ThatViz Store will be in perfect playing condition when dispatched to you.

If you receive a product which does not meet this guarantee, please contact us and we will either refund you or provide you with a replacement product, stock dependent.

Can I cancel my order?

You are able to cancel any order up to the point of it reaching our warehouse process and we would advise that you do this as quickly as possible after placing your order.

If you need to cancel your order, you should do so by contacting our Customer Services team. Please be aware that once your order has reached our warehouse process, we are unable to cancel your order.

When will I receive my items?

All of our items come with FREE Standard Delivery which we aim to dispatch as quickly as possible once we have received your order. As standard, we advise a period of 3-7 business days for delivery of your order. However, during exceptionally busy periods such as Christmas, we cannot guarantee these timescales due to circumstances (such as postal issues) beyond our control. Please allow extra time for delivery of your order to avoid disappointment.

For Tech orders, you have more than one option. Our FREE Standard Delivery is a fully tracked service which will be with you in 3-5 working days.

If you can’t wait to receive your order, you can pay an extra £3.50 for our Express Delivery service to receive your item on the next working day, if ordered by 2pm the day before.**

At the moment, this option is only available for Tech orders and not for Media items.

What if my product doesn’t work?

If your product does not work you need to contact our Customer Services as quickly as possible, who will advise you on the next steps.

Please make sure you keep all original packaging, as we may require you to return the faulty product.

Unfortunately, we are unable to take payment for orders over the phone at this time and all transactions must be completed through the ThatViz Store website.

What delivery method do you use for Tech items?

Our Tech items come with FREE Standard Delivery; a fully tracked service which we advise will be with you in 3-5 working days.

We like to give you more options here at the musicMagpie Store, so if you absolutely can’t wait for your item you can always add our Express Delivery option to your order for just £3.50 extra.

Our Express Delivery Service uses the Royal Mail 24 tracked service which will arrive the next working day, providing you have placed your order by 2pm.

What accessories do Apple iPhone’s come with?

Our iPhones are extremely well packaged and protected with FREE delivery, a 12 month warranty, screen protector, cleaning cloth, SIM opening tool and a USB charging cable. For full details, see the ‘What’s in the Box’ feature on the product listing.

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that all other model of Mobile Phone will arrive with the charger. In most cases, these items will arrive as Mobile Phone only.


How long will it take to receive my items?

All our media items are sent by Business Post meaning they can take between 3-7 business days to arrive with you.

Tech items are slightly different. Our Tech items come with FREE Standard Delivery; a fully tracked service which we advise will be with you in 3-5 working days.

To give you more flexibility you can also select Express Delivery for just £3.50 extra. These orders are sent by the Royal Mail 24 fully tracked service, meaning your item will arrive on the next working day providing you have completed your purchase by 2pm the day before.

This is the expected timeframe for delivery once Royal Mail receive the item(s) from us.

If I have more than one item in my order, will the items arrive packaged together or separately?

Where possible, we try and pack orders together so they will arrive at the same time. However, it is quite possible that your items will arrive separately.

Don’t be concerned if you have received some items in your order and not the others, they will be with you shortly.

Postage is still FREE so you don’t need to worry about it!

I need to change my delivery address

Once the transaction has been completed, unfortunately we are unable to alter the delivery address

If the order has not yet reached our Warehouse process, we can cancel the order for you for it to be placed again with the correct address.

Should you wish for us to send your order to an alternative address and you have not yet completed the transaction, you can nominate a shipping address which is different to your billing address during the checkout process.


What is your returns policy for Media items?

Our ‘Replay’ items are covered by our Quality Guarantee, meaning should you receive an item that does not meet the Guarantee criteria; we will refund or replace it for you.

If you feel as though an item which you have received is below standard, please do not hesitate to get in touch with us at with a full explanation of the problem and we will resolve the issue for you.

What is your returns policy for Tech items?

ThatViz offer a 14 day, no questions asked return policy.

If your product is within the 14 day period, you can return your product to us. Please email us at so we’re aware that your return is on its way. Please include your order number in each piece of correspondence.

All returns are dealt with on an order-by-order basis.

What if I want to return an item that was part of a special offer/promotion?

Items which are part of special offers are covered by our full money back guarantee. However if you do not return all of the items bought in the offer, we will only be able to refund those which we receive back.

For example, if you make a purchase in a 3 for £10 special offer and return one item to us, we will refund a third of the checkout price.

Will I receive a replacement item or a refund once I have returned my item?

If you have returned an item to us, more often than not, we will ask whether you want a refund or a replacement being sent to you.

This is dependent on the stock levels we have at the time. If we are unable to provide a replacement, we will immediately issue you with a refund and notify you by email.

How should I return a Media item?

Once you have contacted Customer Services notifying them of the problem, they will send you some instructions on how to get the item back to us and the next steps to follow.

We do ask that, where possible, you return any items in the original packaging that your order arrived in. If this is not possible, please place a note inside with your order number and a very short description of the problem.

This will help us to process your return and either refund or replace the item much quicker.

I have returned my product. When will I receive a refund/replacement?

Your item will be processed as soon as it has been received back at our warehouse. Media items are checked over for any faults and refunds/replacements are issued immediately.

If you have returned an Tech item to us, it may take a little longer as the device may require testing and fault diagnosis. We aim to refund/replace all Tech items 2-3 working days after we have received them.

For all returns outcomes and action, we will keep you up to date via the email address registered to your ThatViz account.

How will I be refunded?

All refunds will be processed back using the method of payment used in the original transaction. If you paid by credit/debit card during the original transaction, your refund will be processed to this credit/debit card. This can take up to 3 working days, from the date the refund was processed, to show in your account, depending on your bank.

If you your original transaction was paid through PayPal, you will receive your refund through your PayPal account.

What communication can I expect to receive throughout my order process?

We want to keep you up to date with your order as it progresses. To put your mind at rest, we will send you a confirmation email once you have completed your order which will contain your order summary and your order number.

Please be aware that it can take up to an hour to receive your order confirmation email and you should check your junk/spam folders if you have not received it.

We will contact you again once each item has been dispatched to let you know that it is on its way to you.
